What can you accomplish during your capstone? Just ask this incredible team of researchers (Jackson Sholdice, Kaitlyn Clancy<\/a>, Carl Castro<\/a>, and Lauren Watson<\/a>) at the Faculty of Engineering – McMaster University<\/a> who didn\u2019t stop at graduation. Instead, they transformed their final year design project into a research publication and a provisional patent through McMaster Industry Liaison Office (MILO)<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Over the summer, we welcomed NSERC USRA winner Karolina Teresinska<\/a> to the team, further accelerating our progress.<\/p>\n

At the HeART Lab @ Mac<\/a>, we have developed the first automated 3D printer for magnetic soft robots, allowing us to go from design to product in minutes. This work was recently published in Advanced Robotics Research! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n
